    REGISTRATION FOR DNG TY 2022 IS NOW CLOSED.
    PLEASE FILL IN THE FORM BELOW TO BE PLACED ON A CANCELLATION LIST.     ​
    To be completed by the parent/guardian:

    I, the Parent or Guardian of the DNG TY Work Experience Programme Applicant, hereby affirm the following:
    • DNG, its employees, Directors and affiliates are released from all liability for any harm or loss that may occur while participating in the DNG Transition Year Work Experience Programme
    • Participation in the above activity is entirely voluntary, and undertaken at the Applicant’s own discretion, with the consent and knowledge of their Parent or Guardian
    •  I/We understand that DNG may, at their sole discretion, remove any person from the programme without warning, for any reason, including rule violations, threatening or inappropriate behaviour, or failure to follow instructions.
    •  I acknowledge that, during the course of the programme, moderators may take periodic screen grabs within the virtual sessions, which may include photos of participants, for use on DNG’s social media page or other promotional media.
    • If I do not wish for my child’s image to appear in DNG media, I have the right to object, or obtain further information about how this image may be used  by emailing Katie McGarvey (DNG Head of Compliance) at [email protected]
