I, the Parent or Guardian of the DNG TY Work Experience Programme Applicant, hereby affirm the following: DNG, its employees, Directors and affiliates are released from all liability for any harm or loss that may occur while participating in the DNG Transition Year Work Experience Programme Participation in the above activity is entirely voluntary, and undertaken at the Applicant’s own discretion, with the consent and knowledge of their Parent or Guardian I/We understand that DNG may, at their sole discretion, remove any person from the programme without warning, for any reason, including rule violations, threatening or inappropriate behaviour, or failure to follow instructions.
